Workout Schedule for Women: Pink

Pink Training Day 1
- 30 minutes associated with cardio (running or even cycling)

- 2 x 25 min’s of my Interval Teaching Workout for Extra fat Loss here C this means you’re running through this specific circuit twice, relaxing for 3-5 minutes concerning.
- 10 minutes cool down (mild cardio)
- 10 minutes stretching
